1. Are you using the same database? If not are your queries Rushmore Optimized (indexed fields on queried items?)
Yes, is the same database.

2. Has your query changed? You might post the one that works satisfactorily and the one that does not.
My query has not change it about it contents but the time to display the results.

3. How long does a query take with each version?
More than 15 minutes and more sometimes it displays a message that there's not enough disk space to complete the operation.
