Well, considering its roots, probably not. But, also, considering the price, you get what you pay for. But, you do get code... Actually, I would consider, if I wanted to use it, to rewrite the applicable parts to support ADO and instead of COM expose the bizobj as a web service.

BTW: The 8.0 beta is available for free download, and the final release should be out around the new year, from what we hear.
