Primero incluye tu archivo config.fpw dentro del proyecto. En la seccion "Others", "text Files".

No creo que tu sistema se esta cayendo, es probable que las pantallas que estes usando dependan del formulario principal de foxpro y por eso no las ve. Debe tener en cuenta que tu pantalla pricipal tenga la propiedad ShowWindow = 2.
