Hi Gregorio,
Sorry for the late reply. I took the exam on Friday. The exam was General Programmer Aptitude and Object Oriented Concepts (two parts).
The first part consisted of simple math and geometry problems + few questions on reading and comprehending... I would say, it's a good test for the 7th grade puipil (native American). I think, I did correctly ~75%.
The OOP concepts was not an easy walk either... I think, I answered less than 50% correctly.
Anyway, the whole story looks like a mockery to me. I applied for a position. I received an automated reply, that I should take this exam, then the person will contact me via phone to let me know my results and discuss a possibility of the interview. Instead I received a letter by e-mail (and two follow-up spam letters), that I have a choice: apply to a Master program on 15,500$ for three months. There is another option - free program with reduced salary after graduation and obligation to go to client's site anywhere in USA. I'm however, not qualified for this position, since they don't sponsor visas.
===========================================
First of all, my employment is authorized by INS, secondly, I didn't apply on training program, I applied for a position. Are they trying to get people by placing such ads?
Anyway, I hope to receive some answer on my questions...

I would like to move to Ohio. But I would prefer to find a position first. The person, you reffered me to, replied, so there is a chance it would work out...

My name in Russian is translated as Hope and it's the only one, which left...

For me was just a game because was not a requirement for my job but all the other collegue have the diploma in the desktop so I have to have one too. I pass the exam easily without major problem, btw I did not get a master degree but that was not my intention. I believe if you was working for Visual Foxpro and you are not a programmer that take the code from the garbage can of the other programmer you will sucess easily.

If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
