1001 Things You Wanted to Know About Visual FoxPro (Marcia Akins, Andy Kramek & Rick Schummer) and/or Effective Techniques for Application Development with Visual FoxPro 6.0 (Jim Booth, Steve Sawyer).

Hentzenwerke has sample chapters or TOCs on their website, so you can have a look at parts of the books to see what's inside.
