Both WinFAx and Outlook (for example) are Automation servers (like VFP); so you should be able to automate much of the process. Whether or not you can "automatically" decide whether a Fax or E-Mail is "junk" or worth keeping (and in what context), would be another matter. If you access Outlook as a server, then you probably don't have to "Save As..."; the Date/Time of the E-mail could serve as a key.
