If I remember correctly (it has been a while), I found the install file in the directory path and installed it outside of the main VFP8 install program. Then when the prerequisites ran, it found it already installed.

Don't forget,you are going to have to copy the gdiplus.dll (or whatever the filename is) to the Windows\System folder manually.
