Anyone have experience with VFP7 SP1 and NT4? I'm experiencing a problem with playing a wav file. On my home PC (XP) if I do the following from the command window:

SET BELL ON
SET BELL TO <a_path_to_a_wav_file>
?? CHR(7)

the wav file plays (just like it says in the help).

If I try this on my work PC (NT4) it doesn't play anything. It doesn't matter what I pass as the wav file name, it simply won't play (silence).

If I try:

SET BELL ON
SET BELL TO
?? CHR(7)

it plays the Windows DING.WAV. Should it have? If I SET BELL OFF, it still plays the DING.WAV. Is this the expected behavior? I thought it should not play anything!
