Using VFP7, how do I get the list of default label formats loaded into VFP7?

When I create a new label, how do I get the label list to display that asks me which type of label I want to create?

The type of Avery label I want is listed in labels.dbf which is in Home()\Tools\Addlabel\, but how do I get those labels loaded?
