You can definitely continue using the Database Explorer.

SDTVMETA is correct for those using VFE. SDT opens this table with the alias SDTMETA. Take a look in DBCXREG.DBF: do you find a record for the SDTVFEMgr there? If so, is the path to the VCX correct?
