hmmm ... I don't really know, but these two words are "officially" in the German language for a very long time now :) They are part of the "official" German language.
BTW: In the meantime I should write "Tipps" (we had a change in the spelling of many words) but it's hard getting used to that.
But we use a lot of English words, especially the computer people < g >. Many English words used here are also for things that are coming first from the US: bunjee jumping, skateboards, inline skates, burgers etc.
But you're having some German words as well: Rucksack, Kindergarten, etc. :)
