The Austin FPUG couldn't get the time of day from the local Microsoft office. The .NET users group meets in the Microsoft facility and gets advertised at every MSDN function. Requests for sessions on VFP topics are generally unanswered or answered with: "Not enough interest to justify the expense" (which may be true!).

I can't answer for the other user groups in Austin as I'm only active in the FP group.
