Did you exclude your forms from the project?
Add them to the project, and make sure they are not marked as "excluded". Thus, your forms will become embedded into the executable.
The same for most other files: class libraries, menus, PRGs.
The data files, of course, have to be distributed separately - they can't be part of the EXE (if they are, the become R/O).
