It's sounds like you need another OCX file, if you have the source code for the app then browse the .SCX or .VCX files and take a look at ole2, this will give you the file name of the .OCX required (Often this is easier than looking at the properties page!)

If you don't have the source or it only shows the same .OCX files then find a PC where the existing APP already runs and take a look at the installed OCX files, many OCX's come in different versions COMCTL32 does and it may be you have been given the wrong one! only an OCX with the correct GUID will work.
