Do you mean "large fonts" as specified in Display-->Properties or fonts enlarged using IE View-->Text Size?
I had hoped that MS would fix the (properties) Large Fonts problem with XP, but sadly they didn't.
That they implemented "clear type" shows me that they could easily address this problem too if they chose to.
I went back to "normal fonts" on my XP home system and find that clear type does help a bit. But I'd rather be able to have both without impact on presentation of any kind.
