I was looking in a book on international apps (old one by Steven Black) and it showed times around the world with various separators and ranges but did not actually show military time. Seems like "2400" is acceptable as well but not entirely correct (one of the links posted here said it is acceptable because it is easier to say than 0000). Thanks agaoin.

Albert;

As for what is correct 0000 or 24000? I worked for a number of Generals and never heard one of them say 0000. They always used 2400 to express midnight. Now I am not saying Generals do not make mistakes but would find it difficult to tell one "you are wrong - it is 0000 - there is no 2400"! :)
