It's biased because it doesn't allow you to completely answer negatively (as in, I don't want anything to change). It's as though you were asking the question:

How many times a week do you beat your wife?

And your only available answers were:

1. Once
2. 1 - 3 times a week
3. When my wife gets out of the hospital, I'll let her answer.

Wouldn't you agree that question is a bit biased?
