VFP controls are not Windows. ActiveX controls are. What's happening is that VFP "thinks" that the control is another, perhaps independent, Window. Since VFP's control's aren't Windows, they're drawn on top of the form, but beneath the ActiveX control. Unfortunately, there's no workaround.

If this is "as clear as mud", post back and I'll trying to come up with a better explanation.:-)
