Ed, thanks for your help. The problem is that I need to embed the font. I am using PDFWriter 4 and I am doing this programmatically. I have found the place in PDFWriter where you include the font in the Embed Font List, but I do not want to have hundreds of users manually doing this. Does anyone know of a way to do this automatically? I am trying to find the list in Registry, but have not had any luck yet.

>Barcode fonts are just that - fonts. Simply create your layout with a field using the required barcode font; in general, it's preferable to use a 3:1 font size ratio for your output; check the compliance requirements for the people who have to accept the barcode. It's also important to select the correct barcode type; there are several standards used for barcoding, and they differ significantly.
