Jim;
Obviously no one did a needs analysis on this subject. The structure of the topic was not well designed. There was no user feedback before creating the offering. Not even a prototype was suggested.
Every rule we developers should obey when dealing with clients was disobeyed. On top of that people criticize the content of the survey because it does not reflect their personal beliefs. This whole subject seems like chaos and it is obvious that egos are in the way as well as an expression of peoples morality.
Someone go tell Bill Gates that some UT members participated in a survey to rename Visual FoxPro. The members have decided that the following will be done: “fill in the results of the survey”.
