Thank you Sergey. I am still in apprentice mode, and am reading Advanced OOP, The Fundamentals..., The Hacker's Guide 7..., and some other resources. Upon reviewing Markus Egger's section on instance programming and pseudo subclassing, I noticed that those sections apply to subclassed base classes, that's when I thought about relating those sections of the book to some "homework" practice on my part.
This theme created the question on my mind as to how to actually do the subclassing, without it being "pseudo" subclasses and how this affects the sample presentation in the book.
I thank you very much for your help. It worked perfectly. Now, on with my homework ;)
