I want to pursue a MCSD certification but there seems to be a hole in the MS training courses for two of the three core exams, 70-155 and 70-156. According to their MCSD Certification Requirements documents there are no courses or books currently available to prepare for these two exams. So, the question is, are there are third-party sources for this training? What about books or training materials?

What's the normal path that one would take to earning their MCSD certification using VFP?
