I need to determine is the some exe file (stunnel.exe) running or
appears as incon in window taskbar.

I know full path of the exe file and start of caption.

I'm looking for a sample vfp code which allows to determine this.

All samples I have found use FindWindow(), but this requires a full
application window caption, I know only a part of it.
