The UT hosted a study group for the certification exams. The transcripts can be found on FoxWiki. I don't have the URL handy, so maybe Evan or Cindy (both of whom hosted the group) can jump in with it.

Additionally, there's a book from Hentzenwerke's that they wrote about both 70-155 and 70-156.
