Colin,

You could use VFP as a recepient for a IE session , and create a server-sided script (ASP,ASP.NET,PHP,Perl,JSP etc) to do the job for you. It's not exactly '100% Fox' , but it will work.

Another choice is to create a program which will open a FTP/SSH/Telnet session on the remote server, by inputting system commands.
