We found these data in the .FRX. Nevertheless, we would prefer only to distribute one EXE file. Hence the end user of the program has no access to the .FRX

Do you see a chance under these conditions. It should be possible in the EXE as well since an included PROMPT procedure will change the settings.
Perhaps we should ask: What variables are changed by a PROMPT procedure in the report command?
