Hi!
My application halts when the code is "READ TIMEOUT 0.001". When I press the escape key the application continues.
When exiting the application I get an white screen, and the message DO CANCELLED in the systemmessagearea of the screen (down to the left). The esl-file takes all of the resources (99%).

In foxpro: 1. I can't compile,
2. when doing a search in the code and theres no hit foxpro halts and takes all of the resources.

I installed win2000 and then .... everything is back to normal.

I have this verified with a Dell 2.5 GHz and Compaq 2.2 GHz.
My customers can't change to Win 2000.

Is there a solution?
