After printing a report with a menu line such as:

report form xyz to printer prompt preview no console

the close window button (upper right hand corner) of my application is inoperative (grayed out). It remains inoperative even after returning focus to the form and tabbing through the controls. If I minimise the form and then remaximise it, the close window button becomes operable and the form will close normally. This strikes me as improper behaviour but I can't find the cause. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?
