update!! after you copy the rest of your class to a temp file the blank form records will start on the third record . The last record of your blank form should be delete then append from the temp table that you create from your class.

In my example the basic form only have four record and the first third should be keep and discard the fourth. The same structure should have your class if is base on a form class.
