Hi Vlad,

Repro is very easy - print in Command Windows "? getfile()" (without quotations) and hit enter. You will see Windows Common Dialog with additional disabled "Code Page" button in lower-right corner.

Is there a way to post a bitmap here?

This dialog is almost localized - all captions are in polish except title. But we can change a title, so it is not a big problem, but strange.

I'm using Windows 2000 and XP polish editions.
