Is anyone using West Wind UserSecturities software as plug-ins to aid in vfp desktop systems security? If so, please let me know what you think. I like the fact that you get code that you can integrate into existing systems giving the developer more control.I took a good look at the "UserSecurity Class" from West-Wind when I was developing the login security for a web app. I think it is well written and cheap, so you really can't go wrong (especially since it is shareware, so you get to try it all out). I decided to stick with my own security table and code for my web/desktop apps, mainly because it had been around for a long time and was working just fine. If I was starting out with a clean slate, I would have used the UserSecurity class.
Hope this helps a little,
