You could also use the TabStrip ActiveX control with the tab placement set to bottom. You'll have to shrink it down until just the tabs show then put it at the bottom of a pageframe with Tabs set to false. On the click event of the tab control you would set the active page of the pageframe to the index of the SelectedItem. Doesn't quite look "native" but it beats other methods I've tried.
