what about meetings held in different cities? There's only one German FoxPro user group for which there's an entry in the list. However, in each bigger city there's a regular regional meeting. I entered the user group meeting for December and preceded the topic with "Hamburg:" to indicate that this is only meant for Hamburg. But it got removed in the revision process. Should we create a separate group entry for each regional meeting? If so, how would we link those back to the dFPUG, which is the actual user group?
What about meeting that do not have a specific topic? More often than not the topic is just "questions and answers". But entering this in the meeting tracker is impossible due to the constraint of 250 characters as a minimum length for the description.
