No problem.

I developed only one bilingual application: English and Romanian. It was in Pascal and I made 2 files for strings. I included the file necessary for the right language.

I think there are basicly 2 different problems:
1. You need an application with multi language versions
2. You need an application in which you can change the language in the same version.

Obviously, the second one is more difficult. I didn't find a good way to do it. :-(
