As in all measurements, we need to establish a standardized unit of measure. In this case, like in many others, I think MS is using VB6 as the unit. So, whenever they say "more", "better", etc, I tend to read it as "than with VB6".
They never mention the ratio of VFP vs VB because it probably causes a numeric overflow :).
