I've recently been trying to use a general field to store and retrieve a word document in a VFP file. When I brow the file and double click the general field it brings up a "blank" window. I can show the document in it but only after foing to EDIT on the menu bar and selecting Document Object - Edit or Open.

Is that the expected result. I had thought that double clicking on the general field would automatically pull up the document.
