M'soft SQL Server, Oracle 9i Database, Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise. There's a huge canyon between these three and the 7 very simple ones reviewed in the article, and any of the 7 would have choked long before the cost of the 3 'real' DMBS upsizing could be justified. I'll be looking for the on-line discussion at pcmag.com to get in touch with the author and ask what he knows about VFP.

But we're used to this, right?
