I'm not sure about FPD, but for Fox 2.6 Windows I had to do 2 steps. First I had to patch it -- the patch is in the MS Knowledgebase somewhere but beats me where. It might not be needed for FP DS and has to do with the machine speed, not with Windows XP. Second, run the Compatibility Wizard which (I am not on an XP machine right now) I believe is under Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools. And tell it to run your program as Win 95 Compatible -- I think that's what worked.

Anyway, futz about with that. It works for FPW.
