The Utility allow to export any field on the table but keep in mind that memo filed don’t get exported, it also allows to select the type on the file you wish to export ie “XLS,CSV,TXT” also bear in mind that when exporting to XLS you can only export abut 16,000 records. It also allow to save a query for later use, you can save them on a share directory or a local directory. The queries are stored as ascii files.


A few of the modification that I made to the utility include the ability to search on memo fields, a way to select the order of the result by column number, not only by it’s name ( so you can sort by “sum(your field)”, the ability to extract Day, Month or year out of a date field this to allow you to group by them. Etc.
