Mario,
we never used ADO under VFP. We found it very slow and with a lot of memory leak problems. We use VFP cursors istead, created using SQLEXEC command. This is very stable approach.
We use it under W2K Server SP3 though. Micrsoft said that it is even more stable under Win.NET, but we never tested it. Win.NET uses the same COM 1.5 kernel as WinXP, which suppose to be even better then COM 1.0 in W2K.
Igor.
