You can use grid that looks like listbox. See How to make a grid appear like a list similar to list box FAQ #8092.
You can also Popup as a RowSource of listbox as shown in Re: Listbox items color Thread #616632 Message #616636 but you wouldn't be able to change color dynamicaly.
