When you save report as HTML, VFP first prints it to the file using REPORT ... TO FILE ASCII. The file than converted by genhtml.prg. The word wrapping happens in the printing to file step. To prevent it, specify the with of ascii report using _ASCIICOLS system variables, for example

_ASCIICOLS = 256
