Hi,
I have VFP 7 installed, which doesn't use the setup wizard any more. However, is the computer your are installing onto on a network? If so, maybe there is a restriction on the system that only someone logged in as Administrator can install applications, or update the registry. I've seen this happen. Have you tried to find the error number in the VFP helpfile? I no longer have that on my computer so I can't look for it myself.
