>Ed Rauh, passed away sometime Saturday morning. His body was found by a friend and co-worker. Ed had suffered for a very long time with major illnesses but still kept himself active and involved in the VFP world. He was a person who would go the end of the earth for you, but would also let you know in a heart beat if you were off the mark. Ed will be dearly missed.
I'm deeply saddened by this news. I met him and, in spite of his sharp-tongued online personna, found him to be the sweetest person.
Whenever a question came to mind that required deep technical knowledge; and especially when it wasn't related to vfp per-se, I always knew I could count on him for the answer or at the very least for some clever ideas.
very sad
