Title:
Using a table on mapped drive from IIS via odbc
Is it possible to access a table on a mapped drived from within IIS (active server page) using the VFP ODBC driver? Furthermore, is it possible to have the drive mapped for IIS during system startup? I know you can set a virtual folder to point to a network share, but that doesn't help when it comes to accessing a table via odbc. And I cannot get UNC to work at all. That is, something like: \\sharename\sharefolder\mytable.dbf -- it looks like the ODBC driver cannot handle this syntax. Thanks very much.
