I see you have several pointers. Don't know if it's mentioned anywhere but there's a COM toolkit download on the Lotus website which is useful (if only for the help files). Hard to find but try :

Select 'Toolkits and Drivers' under the 'Design/Development' section. The COM tool kit is on the third page of downloads.
