Hi there. Have you already checked out your IIS's permission rights for that folder? When you call your Web service using SOAP you need to pass 3 params they are: WSDL file location, name of the web service you wanna instantiate and the port (SOAP port). I think you need to compile your project as a multi-threaded DLL. Try out your DLL with a single ASP page from where you can test it works ok. If it works from ASP it will work with SOAP.
