Is Framework SDK 1.1 "Stable" enough for production work?

If so, how do you install the Framework SDK 1.1 & Framework 1.1 distribution to replace the existing framework? Does it correct the bugs that exist in the current version of these products?

I do not have an msdn subscription, but I am a registered user of VS .net Enterprise. Can I download VS 2003 Beta and Framework SDK 1.1? If so, what is the URL?

Do we have to pay to get bug fixes?

Is there a free email address that I can send this question to Microsoft?
