Use
Use MyTable in 0 alias 'TEM'

I am surprised that this doesn't hand you back an error. Or is this a typo? The first USE statement closes the cursor you just created. So by the time you get to the next line, if the line did not have syntax errors in it, the cursor would no longer exist.

Are there other ways to directly do a Select Tem on the clled form ?

Provided that the cursor 'MyTable' exists:

USE DBF( 'MyTable' ) AGAIN IN 0 ALIAS Tem
