Before you start the harness, open another VFP instance and set up the application you want to test. Then, in the first instance, run the harness and click Record. When it asks you to choose the VFP window, pick the second one. Then, in the second window, run the test you want to record. All your keystrokes and mouse actions will be recorded. When you've finished the test, come back to the first VFP window and click the Stop button.

To run the recorded test, have the second VFP instance open and in the same situation as when you recorded the test. Then choose the test you recorded and Play.
